In case of any product defect found upon receipt, we undertake its immediate replacement, without any additional financial burden to the customer, as soon as we are notified either by phone +30 6980232932

Our Company will replace the product if the conditions of the law are met and the terms of the Company’s return policy are observed. In case of product return, if the consumer explicitly wishes to be replaced, he will receive – via e-mail – a discount coupon code of the same value for the purchase of another product (s), with which he can place a new order or simply replace the product. returning.

The customer is also obliged to send photographic material to our company, in which the damaged products as well as the package can be clearly seen.

According to the current legal framework, the withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

In case the return is not made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt, VSMED has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with their replacement.

In case of non-defective product, this can be returned if:

a) the date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the request for return (by phone or e-mail), does not exceed 2 calendar days, and

b) the packaging has not been tampered with and is in its original condition.

In these cases, the customer bears the shipping costs.

Right of withdrawal

Any customer who buys a product from VSMED reserves the right within fourteen (14) calendar days to return the product or products purchased for any reason, even unnecessarily, and request a replacement with another product, a discount coupon code of equal value for purchase. another product / s, with which he can place a new order or just a refund.

The above right exists only in case the product or products are in their original condition, without having been put into operation or used or the packaging or the product itself has been damaged.

In the event that VSMED determines that any of the above does not apply, it reserves the right to refuse the customer the replacement or refund.

The cost of returning the product or products to our headquarters is borne exclusively by the customer / buyer.

1. In our physical store:

If you wish to replace the product or change the product with another, it is recommended that you contact our store in advance to confirm the availability of the new product.

2. Product Shipping:

You can send us the product at the company’s headquarters, following the following procedure:

First, you pack the products in the box in which you received your order. Fill in the return form and put it in the package.
